Looking for Receptionist with 1-2 years of experience.
- Managing reception desk including greeting guests, taking calls and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Providing general support to visitors, resolving information & administrative requests.
- Taking care of the office and other company premises including supplies & inventory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, ensuring a pleasant working environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, office equipment and machinery.
- Proven experience in Front Office and Administration.
